Roots and Wings Junior Kindergarten Program strives to create an atmosphere that is beautiful, calm and welcoming. Our programming encourages learning through play with a focus on the integration of fine arts, nature, rich oral language and literacy experiences in an inclusive environment. The program aspires to create an open environment for children to learn using their head, heart and hands. The approach is a Waldorf-inspired, art and nature-based program that focuses on bringing the outside in and teaching children about the natural changes in our world. We hope to help children build a sense of curiosity and wonder for the world around them.
